Because each of our knits are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Every knit is handcrafted specifically for you, which allows us to offer personalized craftsmanship and reduce waste, but also means we cannot restock or resell made-to-order items.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and customization selections carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we’re happy to help ensure your selection is perfect.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
